This class combines the slow, meditative practice of yin yoga to open the body’s connective tissue with the dynamic practice of yang/vinyasa yoga to strengthen and stretch the muscles. The practice of yin/yang helps us learn about the stillness of movement and the flow of stillness – the perfect all-around mind/body experience to round out your routine.

Developing internal heat through strong poses, linking movement with breath (and maybe a little sweat). Our teachers will vary the themes, sequences and pace of the class to give you new experiences each time you step on the mat. (the room can be heated up to 26-28°). All levels of practice welcomed.

Clients go between high rep floor exercises and cardio options. Aim is to increase muscular and cardio endurance through sustained level of moderate intensity exercises.
This session is a dynamic, challenging and fun Core focused session using body weight and TRX Suspension Trainers. Your core strength and stability will be challenged for a full 40 minutes of interactive training. All of our coaches are qualified TRX trainers, so you are bound for a solid workout and something new!
A mixture of Pilates and TRX work programmed to isolate strength and core movements. You will work in pairs to superset Pilates mat work and TRX movements. This 40 minute class has everything you need to maintain a balanced training regime with other options such as Yoga or Studio 1 sessions.
Run, Row, Ride….. P.E. Depts. most dynamic cardio session. Every session will be broken up into 3 parts. You will start off with a group run either inside or out and alternate between distance, hills, sprints and stairs. After your legs are warm (burning) you will make your way back into Studio 1 for intervals on our rowers, spin bikes, and on the floor for agility and abs. This session is your one-stop-shop for your guilt free dinner.
This is where we combine strength, conditioning and endurance. Powerhouse is a 40 minutes of non-stop action. We focus on compound movements, isolated strength, plyometrics and cardio all in a team of 3. If you are looking for a tough, fun and interactive session, this is for you!
Integrating the six principles of Pilates into our dynamic classes to lengthen and define muscles you didn’t even know you had. A dynamic and energizing Yoga class that define and tones every muscle in the body. Includes various elements of different Yoga styles and incorporates the use of props and light weights in a 28° room temperature to boost your metabolism and build lean muscles. Suitable for all levels.
HIIT is one of our most popular and challenging classes of the week. You will work in pairs throughout 40 minutes of interval training aimed at maximising calorie expenditure and improving your fitness level. This class can cater to all fitness levels and our coaching staff can readily adapt any exercises if need be.
Vinyasa with a dash of chili. Here, we take Yoga to another level of intensity. Your strength and flexibility will be challenged and your mind cleansed. Roll out your mat, unwind and relax.
Roll out your mat in Hatha Fusion to experience gentle postures with a focus on alignment that allows you to quieten the mind and dive deep into the body. Expect a traditional hatha approach yoked with supported floor based postures and gentle movement practices. Our teachers will vary the themes, sequences and pace of the class to allow you to find new experiences each time you arrive on the mat. (Unheated except for chilly winter days when we warm the studio to approx 23 degrees).
This class is our strength based session of the week thus focusing on heavier weights, slightly longer rest periods, stationed circuits and targeting multiple muscle groups. Great for building muscle, leaning out and developing a stronger base with your fitness routine.
An accelerated Barre session designed to have you sweat, tone and focus on a variety of stability, strength and coordination. Barre40 is a fantastic accessory to your Yoga or Functional training sessions and will be sure to help you progress as an everyday athlete!

The 100 Club is a P.E. Dept. exclusive workout designed to push you and your teammate to a new level. This session is for all fitness levels, is fun, dynamic and challenging. We dedicate this workout to our Royal Australian Navy, who’s Woolloomooloo base is just a stones throw away. The 100 club incorporates cardio, strength, agility and endurance work, all done with a trusting teammate.
