ZEPH
Zeph discovered his love for training in the weights room of his Schoolboy Rugby Squad. He has an insatiable thirst for knowledge of which he will share to anyone with an open ear and mind. Being open minded, he is aware that there is a flavour for everyone and focuses on being as multi-faceted as possible, as he believes identifying with a single form of fitness will only limit your own human performance. Zeph combines his personal experience of Rugby, Gymnastics and MMA to offer a limitless style of Personal Training based on human movement and learning about yourself. He offers challenging, realistic, and highly rewarding sessions tailored to your needs and exercise history with online programming and 24/7 contactable aid.

WILL
Will is a highly accomplished athlete trainer, with a background in elite rowing and NSW rugby. From a young age, he became heavily involved in strength and conditioning programs related to sport, which ultimately led him to pursue a career in fitness and wellness.
Throughout his athletic career, he honed his skills as a trainer and coach, developing an exceptional attention to detail when it comes to technique and programming. He is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals, and has a particular talent for connecting with people from all walks of life.
In addition to his experience in the fitness industry, Will also has a background in hospitality. This has given him a unique perspective and ability to connect with people from all different demographics, and has further fueled his passion for helping others live healthier, more fulfilling lives.



HUGO
Hugo is a Physiotherapist and Personal Trainer that focusses on providing a long term,
sustainable approach to health and wellness. His goal is to not only improve his client’s
fitness, but to help them achieve a balanced approach to their training, nutrition, sleep and
rehabilitation goals that fit within their lifestyle.
With an individualised and evidence-based approach, Hugo works with an array of clientele
across all ages and fitness levels to foster enjoyment and engagement with a wellness
program. Hugo has previously worked at the Princess Alexandra in Orthopaedic &
Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Acceleration Australia Sports Performance Training and the
University of Queensland as a Personal Trainer.
