Rory specialises in strength, mobility, yoga and breathwork. With over 10 years of resistance and sports specific training and 3 years of yoga and breathwork training, Rory can help anybody that’s looking to improve body composition, overall confidence, focus & concentration, mobility & flexibility, athletic performance and reduce stress & anxiety. He graduated from St Mary’s University, London in 2016 where he studied Strength & Conditioning Science BSc (Hons). Other certifications include Cert 3 & 4, ASCA, RYT250, FRCms, Oxygen Advantage and more.

Zeph discovered his love for training in the weights room of his Schoolboy Rugby Squad. He has an insatiable thirst for knowledge of which he will share to anyone with an open ear and mind. Being open minded, he is aware that there is a flavour for everyone and focuses on being as multi-faceted as possible, as he believes identifying with a single form of fitness will only limit your own human performance. Zeph combines his personal experience of Rugby, Gymnastics and MMA to offer a limitless style of Personal Training based on human movement and learning about yourself.
