Born in Zimbabwe, Neil was overweight and by no means a natural athlete but enjoyed all sport and developed a dedicated work ethic. Early in Neil’s sporting career, he experienced a knee injury forcing him to learn to walk again and some valuable lessons about commitment. Throughout this journey, Neil turned to natural bodybuilding. He felt he needed a goal and new challenge. Neil went on to winning multiple titles in New Zealand & Australia as well as a few screen appearances in the TV Series Spartacus as a Gladiator.
While juggling a corporate career, Neil successfully coached numerous bodybuilders to national titles. This success pushed Neil to pursue his true passion for teaching and inspiring others to achieve a stronger, fitter and healthier version of themselves.
After leaving the corporate scene, Neil began teaching everyday athletes how to balance a busy working life with personalised diet, training, supplementation and recovery strategies resulting in clients looking good, feeling great and having a profoundly positive affect on all aspects of their lives.

Sean grew up trying every sporting activity he could find. Eventually specialising in martial arts, rugby, surfing and snowboarding.In 2004 Sean became a qualified personal trainer and knew he’d found his calling. Two years into his career Sean met a martial arts master who helped to deepen his understanding in various health and movement modalities such as Yoga, massage, dry needling and nutrition. As a result, the past 12 years have been dedicated to helping everyday people build a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
Over his career as a personal trainer Sean has successfully helped many people achieve their desired health and fitness goals by combining his own unique mix of resistance training, yoga, massage and martial arts, to restore balance, correct posture, heal injuries and create a happy healthy body that looks and feels great.

Coming from a background in multiple representative sports including athletics, basketball, tennis and touch football I always figured my career path would follow into the health and fitness industry. Moving into the gym I soon fell in love with a different style of fitness to what I had been exposed to spending all those years on the sporting field. One of the coolest moments in life is realising that your body did what it could not do two weeks ago.
Getting to know your body and what works for you is one of the most important lessons you can learn for longevity in the training arena no matter what you are working towards. Fitness and programming should not be a “one fits all” cookie cutting approach. I have dedicated a large portion of my life and career enrolled in further tertiary study to ensure you are getting the most up to date evidence-based treatment a health and fitness isn’t always about lifting a dumbbell ten times, it’s really a science. I have experienced the average weekend warrior, clinical/ rehabilitation clients in hospital settings and athletes from many disciplines and levels. No matter who you are let’s work towards your goals and have some fun in the process.

With a background of 7 years in the Navy, Lachlan has a hard-working attitude and a functional approach to training.
His individual sessions consist of both resistance training and cardiovascular endurance. This, combined with effective nutritional guidance, will ensure you achieve a strong and healthy body to be proud of.
Lachlan is currently studying Physiotherapy at The University of Sydney. Using this study, he is constantly advancing his services and brings a high quality product to every session. Lachlan’s goal is to not only help you reach your targets, but to give you the tools and knowledge needed for long-term improvement.

Ed has over 15 years’ experience in the fitness industry. He prides himself on his work ethic, consistency and client retention. Ed has a wealth of knowledge ranging from a Bachelor of Architectural Studies, Master of Architecture (current) and a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science.
With a background in high level basketball and coaching, Ed brings an athletic and well-structured approach to his programming and development.
Eds focus is always on his clients. His sessions revolve around pain free training, post-injury rehabilitation, making the hard stuff enjoyable and encouraging his clients to leave the stresses of everyday life at the door.

Megan Barnes is a Personal Trainer & Wellness Coach, operating as “FitWell Training” within the PT team at P.E Dept. Her passion is empowering women to break the obstacles to their ultimate fitness & lifestyle to live their best & feel amazing!
Megan’s training method utilises a powerful combination of personal training & wellness coaching services focusing on fitness, energy, mindset & lifestyle for RESULTS THAT LAST.
Megan’s career was influenced by her own personal health experiences, “I believe developing your version of a sustainable & balanced healthy lifestyle is where it’s at, & my goal is to support you to develop a fit & well life you love.”
Megan has previously worked at the Fitness Playground & delivers fitness services for corporate clients. She has 15 years’ administration experience within elite sport, sports medicine & corporate environments e.g. KPMG Performance Clinic, NSW Institute of Sport & health education / weight loss contracts.
Hugo Taemets is a Personal Trainer and Physiotherapist with a passion for exercise. With a Cert III & IV in personal training, a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science (Major in Clinical Exercise Physiology) and a Masters of Physiotherapy Studies, Hugo’s goal is to not only improve his clients fitness, but to ensure overall physical health and well being. When working as a Personal Trainer, this is achieved through the development of individualised, high quality, evidence based exercise programs, with clients fitness goals in mind. Hugo specialises in weight loss, injury prevention, improving athletic performance and increasing muscle mass and strength.
As a Physiotherapist, Hugo provides comprehensive assessment and treatment of a wide array of musculoskeletal conditions. With treatment options including muscular and movement re-training, neural system rehabilitation, hands on joint mobilisation, massage and taping. His goal is to reduce pain and return you to full function, giving you the tools to stay injury free long term.
Hugo has previously worked at the Princess Alexandra in Orthopaedic/Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Acceleration Australia Sports Performance Training and the University of Queensland as a Personal Trainer.
Basilio Savary the “French Peruvian” has always had health and fitness in his blood. With unmatchable energy and enthusiasm Basilio applies a direct, educated approach to his clients and training.
From an early age, Basilio started training for JUDO. At 14 years old Basilio was selected in the French Judo Team and two years later he qualified for the Olympic Games Training camp, Athens 2004. Soon after he was awarded his Black Belt in JUDO.
At 16 years old Basilio fell in love with Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Brazilian jiu jitsu and of course Mixed Martial Arts (MMA).
Basilio trained for 10 years at an elite level in California and South America. He has had seven professional MMA fights and seven wins. He is an undefeated champ! It wasn’t long after his final fight that Basilio entered the coaching world through becoming a Personal Trainer.
