OUR CLASSES

Endurance

Endurance is about building your bodies motor and burning cals like there is no tomorrow. You'll work through blocks on the rowers, ski ergs and floor exercises to boost your fitness levels and build lean muscle. This session is open to all levels and is suited to anyone just starting out or who trains like a pro.

MetCon

A signature P.E. workout where you'll build strength, power and burn some serious cals. The session is built of high intensity strength, endurance and sprint work targeting the whole body.  Notoriously, our hardest session of the working week, Met-Con will challenge you and keep you coming back for more.

Strength

We have two signature strength sessions; Tuesday: Upper Body and Thursday: Lower Body. Each session is designed to isolate the specific muscle groups to build lean muscle and build long lasting strength. These sessions are open to all levels.

Fight Club

45 mins

Fight club is a high intensity boxing and H.I.I.T session. Throughout the session, you'll change from fast pace floor exercises to sharp fast bursts of boxing combinations. If you're after a session that will burn some serious calories and leave you dripping in sweat, this is the one! This session is open to ALL boxing and cardio levels.

Boxing & Barbells

45 mins

A session designed to incorporate two of our most important training principles; high volume cardio and strength training. In a 45 minute session, you'll focus on all the heavy lifts plus get your sweat on while working through boxing combinations and cardio movements. This session is open to ALL boxing and strength levels.

Hatha Fusion

60 mins

Roll out your mat in Hatha Fusion to experience gentle postures with a focus on alignment that allows you to quieten the mind and dive deep into the body. Expect a traditional hatha approach yoked with supported floor based postures and gentle movement practices. Our teachers will vary the themes, sequences and pace of the class to allow you to find new experiences each time you arrive on the mat. (Unheated except for chilly winter days when we warm the studio to approx 23 degrees).
