In week 10, we’re thinking about the sun – Try and get 30 minutes of sunlight through the eyes, on the face and on the skin each morning before work or your morning coffee. Sun light’s vitamin D is a critical component to fighting fatigue, boosting mental health, improving sleep patters and can even ease mild depression.
