Week-7 is going to focus on meal prep. Your goal is to pick two meals each day Mon-Fri that you can prep. Generally, breakfast and lunch are the easiest, so try to focus on those meals! Keep it simple, keep it clean. And remember, it doesn’t have to be an extreme health food, the difference in purchased food vs prepared food is profound and 9 times out of 10, it’s healthier if it comes from your kitchen!
