Week 8 is all about the breath – One of your sessions this week is a technique called Box Breathing. Your goal is to watch the video, practice the technique and find 5 minutes each day Monday to Friday to practice Box Breathing. This can be done at anytime during the day and will leave you feeling focused and refreshed.
