In week 10, we’re thinking about the sun –Β Try and get 30 minutes of sunlight through the eyes, on the face and on the skin each morning before work or your morning coffee. Sun light’s vitamin D is a critical component to fighting fatigue, boosting mental health, improving sleep patters and can even ease mild depression.
