In week 9, we’re walking!Β Your goal is simple, yet effective. Aim to get FIVE 30 minute walks in between Monday and Friday. Tune into a podcast, call your mum or turn the phone off all together and just get up and get moving. This will work best when you’re feeling overly tired, stressed or distracted.
