Endurance

Endurance is about building your bodies motor and burning cals like there is no tomorrow. You’ll work through blocks on the rowers, ski ergs and floor exercises to boost your fitness levels and build lean muscle. This session is open to all levels and is suited to anyone just starting out or who trains like a pro.

A signature P.E. workout where you’ll build strength, power and burn some serious cals. The session is built off strength, power and endurance movements designed to optimise your aerobic energy system. Notoriously, our hardest session of the working week, Met-Con will challenge you and keep you coming back for more.

Every Tuesday you’ll work through 45 minutes of carefully and professionally programmed upper body exercises. This session is built around developing upper body strength and a lean muscle base you’ll be proud of. Upper body strength is open to all levels and you’ll have the opportunity to personalise your weights to ensure you’re training safely and are inline with your goals.

As they say…. Never skip leg day. This is one of the most important sessions of the week and we know you’ll love it. Over 45 minutes, you’ll work through a professionally coached lower body program to ensure your technique is on point and you’re building lean muscle and strength.

Intervals is the perfect session for you to close our a busy week of work and training. This session is considered as our “recovery session” for the week. You’ll work through speed and power exercises coupled with stability, mobility and core control work to help build up strength in alternative movement patterns, increase mobility and teach you a unique way of training that is great for injury prevention and athletic development.

Roll out your mat in Hatha Fusion to experience gentle postures with a focus on alignment that allows you to quieten the mind and dive deep into the body. Expect a traditional hatha approach yoked with supported floor based postures and gentle movement practices. Our teachers will vary the themes, sequences and pace of the class to allow you to find new experiences each time you arrive on the mat. (Unheated except for chilly winter days when we warm the studio to approx 23 degrees).
