COVID ANNOUNCEMENTS: FRIDAY - 25/06/2021
- The new restrictions announced on Wednesday, June 23 will remain in place until midnight, Friday July 9
- A stay at home order has been introduced for City of Sydney, Woollhara, Waverly and Randwick until July 9

You may only leave your home for the following reasons;
1. Shopping for food
2. Medical care or compassionate needs
3. Exercise outdoors in groups of less than 10
4. Work or education where you cannot work or study at home - If you live or work in the City of Sydney, Waverley, Randwick, Canada Bay, Inner West, Bayside, and Woollahra local government areas, you cannot travel outside metropolitan Sydney for non-essential reasons

- Visitors to households will be limited to 5 guests - including children;
- Masks will be compulsory in all indoor non-residential settings, including workplaces, and or organised outdoor events;
- Drinking while standing at indoor venues will not be allowed;
- Singing by audiences at indoor shows or by congregants at indoor places or worship will not be allowed;
- Dancing will not be allowed at indoor hospitality venues or nightclubs however, dancing is allowed at weddings for the bridal party only (no more than 20);
- Dance and gym classes will be limited to 20 per class (masks must be worn)

The one person per four square meter will be re-introduced for all indoor and outdoor settings, including weddings and funerals;
- Outdoor seated events will be limited to 50% seated capacity;
- If you live or work in the City of Sydney, Waverly, Randwick, Canada Bay, Inner West, Bayside and Woollahara local government areas, you cannot travel outside metropolitan Sydney for non-essential travel.

Cleaning Procedures
Our clean team use high-grade disinfectants to thoroughly clean the change rooms, studio, equipment, and common areas.
As always, we do a nightly deep clean of the entire gym.
We’re paying extra attention to disinfecting all high-touch areas like counter tops, door handles, railings and locker handles.
Cleans are done between peak gym hours and at the end of every day.
Detailed wipe down all handles of dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, both sides of ab/stretching mats, and benches used around those areas
Detailed wipe down of screens, handles, side skirts, surrounding areas of equipment that are at risk of attracting sweat or droplets from the nose and mouth
Detailed wipe down of all handles (including all handle additions), back rests, seats, upholstery, weight plates, weight pins and surrounding touch points and protective screens
Detailed wipe down of all flush buttons, toilet paper dispensers, hand paper dispensers, taps, tap handles, inside sinks, jars, deodorant cans and all bathroom amenities, outside of lockers and key pads for lockers
Detailed wipe down of staircase handrail, top of front desk, all door handles, top of the towel bin, leather benches in hallway and computer keyboard and mouse tons, toilet paper dispensers, hand paper dispensers, taps, tap handles, inside sinks, jars, deodorant cans and all bathroom amenities, outside of lockers and key pads for lockers
Personal Health and Safety Guidelines
- If you are feeling unwell, fluey, have a temperature or have experienced shortness of breath at any point during the day, please do not enter P.E. Department and touch base with your local GP as soon as possible
- Exercise appropriate coughing and/or sneezing etiquette (coughing or sneezing into your elbow or go outside)
- When in public, exercise all social distancing measures at all times
- We have four hand sanitiser dispensers around the club, please ensure you're using these multiple times during your session
Member Expectations
We expect that all members of P.E. Department
- Exercise the utmost diligence when considering their personal health
- Check in with front desk upon entry to and to sanitise
- Thoroughly wash their hands before entering and sanitise their hands before, during and after their training session
- Socially distance and respect the personal space of all other gym goers
- To wipe their equipment down before and after use
- Respect our staff if requested to wear a mask, wipe equipment, socially distance or to adhere to any COVID specific regulations
